AMS Redfern has been a pioneer in Aboriginal Health since its establishment in 1971.

Our vision is to continue this legacy, being a voice for health and wellbeing through patient advocacy and self-determination now and into the future.

We continue to focus on our preventive, holistic healthcare strategies including Aboriginal Health Assessments (or 715 checks), oral health checks, screening, vaccination, public health programs, health promotion activities and events. Our legacy initiatives, including our food and nutrition, condom and transport programs also support our community to take ownership of their own health.
